I have a soft spot for Mexican cuisine and working with Tocayo has been a delightful journey. For several years now I've had the pleasure of capturing the vibrant flavors and artistry of their delicious dishes, not only for Tocayo but also for Juan's other thriving restaurant, Totopo. It's not just about snapping photos; it's about conveying the rich culinary story and the vibrant atmosphere that Tocayo embodies.
